A Breast Cancer Awareness campaign was developed for Elite Merit to promote early detection, healthy lifestyle awareness, and team support. The initiative included a series of branded posters and digital visuals built around the message “Invest in Health.” To enhance engagement, employees received awareness gifts such as pink wristbands and flower cards with motivational messages. An interactive “Give a Flower” board was also introduced, allowing team members to share flowers and encouraging words with colleagues—creating a culture of care, positivity, and emotional connection within the workplace.
